Since his days at the High School of Art & Design in New York City, he’s been handpainting elephants and exclamation points on tees, developing his clothing label, Deviant Arthouse. That’s just fly, fun stuff though. When it comes to his music, T.Shirt gets serious. With a singer-songwriter’s poetry, the subtleties of his verses are sincere while befitting his wild, blazing character. His resounding voice is extremely versatile, edgy and truthful to a degree we rarely see in hip-hop. T.Shirt isn’t merely a white, black, or hispanic rapper, he is an everyman. A genre-bending, stylishly sensible, black shades-wearing, hardworking, mothafucking rap star.
