THE BUMBLEBEEZ - PRINCE UMBERTO AND THE SISTER OF ILL - DIGITAL ALBUM AVAILABLE NOW!
The new digital only album by The Bumblebeez is out now in the USA! The BBz are the funky brother and sister duo from you know where who mix elements of hip hop, electro, indie, Brit Pop, techno and sort of everything in between. It's a fun filled album where the vibe changes from one song to the next, but together makes one big beautiful mess. The album was recorded and produced in Australia by the world famous James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco. The ITUNES version of the record features remixes of their tune "Rio" by Herve, and Etienne de Crecy.
Following on from 'My People' and 'This Boy’s In Love', The Presets bust out with 'Talk Like That', the third single from their platinum album 'Apocalypso'. A tense exercise in drama and lunacy, set atop a bed of haunting church organ and stuttering vocal sample, 'Talk Like That' is arguably the most infectious track on an album chock full of ambitious beat driven pop. We now have the brand spanking new video clip here for your viewing pleasure.
The clip from directors Jonas and Francois (filmmakers behind Kanye West's 'The Good Life', Justice's 'D.A.N.C.E', Madonna and JT's '4 Minutes') takes the track up another level, embodying unhealthy obsession and hero worship within the desperate dance of a Carrie-esque rock chick, who excels in destroying an array of musical instruments before the altar of The Presets.
Modular Presents is proud to announce that Cut Copy & The Presets will join forces to storm across North America for a co-headline tour this September and October. The Modular labelmates will be supporting their current albums In Ghost Colours and Apocalypso respectively.
Expect a friendly but fierce rivalry to blow each other off the stage each night, special guests and a date or two to be added where there seem to be obvious omissions.

Hold onto you’re disco balls! It’s back! Softer than a field of feathers and with more style than Ziggy Stardust in a monkey suit, the second run of the Modular Merchandise range is here. This time around, tee’s come in the blackest of blacks and the whitest of whites with a whole slue of first-rate prints to keep a good day/night rotation going for years.
Unfulfilled with the itchy box-cut and tight-necked tees of the world, the new range features a unique fit that slides onto the bod with ease. The super soft luxury cotton will see that once it goes on, it ain’t coming off and with unisex sizes from XXS to XL, equality is the word.
Whilst all the old-school favorites have been given new life, we took our thumb out and created seven brand spanking Modular designs as well as new prints for label acts, Cut Copy, The Presets, Soulwax and The Bang Gang. A total of eighteen tees to flaunt however you please.
