with Jamie Lidell's new album, JIM just on the horizon and a worldwide tour a mere few weeks away, it's hard not to get excited here at the warp office, busy as we may be. in case you hadn't happened upon Radio 1 recently, Jamie joined Gilles Peterson for a fantastic session. i'd recommend it.

if you've ever wanted to spend a day in Jamie Lidell's shoes, this is probably about as close as you're going to get without engaging in behavior that would encourage the drafting of a restraining order.
Jamie has generously offered up a set of his own personal photographs taken during a music video shoot here in New York on an absolutely freezing day. it's not every day that Mr. Lidell lets you peek into his personal photo album, so enjoy this RCRDLBL exclusive.
