I can think of some bah-humbuggers who won't like this. Verbs is for people who are willing to unabashedly throw away all the categories of music they "like" and accept the idea of appreciating pretty music for what it is. If you're not afraid of the child-like fun of Panda Bear or the classical harmonies inserted recklessly into the pop music of Grizzly Bear or Disney-like dissolving into the giddy carousel of Winnie the Pooh Bear, then try Au (pronounced 'ay-you') for size.
This is perfect dappled summertime music. In Au world, this is the music that would be piped from ice cream trucks. This is harmonies, random oom-pa horn sections, vocal nonsensical insertions at the most inappropriately appropriate times, perfectly crated songs that take quick turns down totally unexpected garden paths. This is happy, joyful, lovely music made to run through sprinklers and bike down dirt paths with picnic lunches.
