Bio: With the motive of inspiring, touching and connecting with people through music, Lama creates a unique world to show what they are about. Lama is ... (more) originally the solo-project of young musician Nils Martin Larsen (ex Jaga Jazzist) but has lately evolved onto the live scene with a 6 piece band to present Lama-land to the masses. Through dynamics, well built melodies, energy and the sheer need of playing Lama is a band where the falsetto vocals fight with guitars, synths and bass clarinets to break through in a soundsacpe that varies from Mogwai-style walls of sound, to the lowest whisper.

Nils Martin Larsen has over the last two years worked towards having his own sound. Since a low
age he has put a great deal of importance in music that is genuine and inspired, and this is one of the roots of Lama-land. Together with exceptionally talented musicians ;
Andreas Lønmo Knudsrød (drums, samples and triggers), Goran Obad (guitars), Andreas Løwe (rhodes, keyboards and effects), Mats Greger (bass), Nils Martin Larsen (guitars, vocals, woodwinds and electronics) works hard to bring his Lama-land to whatever venue they are at. (less)
