- Bio: Originally formed to play parties in their shed before moving on to living rooms and pub back-rooms in the Reading area, HSPs take their name and inspiration from camping equipment designed to warm the hands on a cold night. In the past couple of years HSPs have released several tracks on Stolen Recordings label compilations, in keeping with their love of scratchy DIY pop. Their live shows often include tears and spiritual violence. All five members have received treatment for some form of mental malaise. Their key features include: making pop music with lots of reverb and treble, gin, wildlife, running low and eating really nice food like scampi fries. They are currently recording more songs in their flat. (less)
