The consensus was already snow angels and sugarplum dreams on Ms. Shapiro, and now the video for “Love in July" further deepens our puppy love. There’s adorable and then there’s this. The journeying goldfish and glacially-impeded whale have us squeezing tears from our reddened eyes; the tune has us grinning to the crystallized beat. Maybe we’re supposed to feel conflicted. Sally Shapiro is a Swedish, Italo-discopopstar, after all.
