Welcome to the third edition of Demo Days, a new weekly feature where we'll be hand-picking a selection of recent A&R submissions to expose some great up-and-coming artists. We're always looking for new music, so if you'd like to be included in a future installment, drop us a line at aandr@rcrdlbl.com.

This week's edition features Rikslyd (pictured), The Buttercream Gang, and Gordon Withers.

Rikslyd: Diis Rognsøy, born on the west coast of Norway and now living in Paris, makes playful, minimal electro-rap from her bedroom.
