The single originally released two years earlier, this clip from Jimmy O'Neill's Shindig! variety show in 1965 is tops when it comes to televised "Be My Baby." That thirty-second opening shot is smooth smooth smooth and the way Nedra Talley and Estelle Bennett roll out from behind their curtains shortly thereafter is kinda perfect.
