Chilean artist Jose "Toto" Romero is self-taught and proud of it. He crafts a cowboy mix of everything that sizzles under the sun- reggae, rap, funk, soul, blues, jazz, etc... The result- electro latin lounge grooves with a splash of panache and hip-hop attitude- has propelled him far within South American borders. Today, we bring a bit of his funky, synthed out grind state-side - with "My Computer Is Funk" and "Shine." So put down that caipirinha with lime and dance, god damn it.
