DOWNLOAD: Twine - Disconnected + Girl Song
.jpg)
Ghostly are about to release Violets, the much-anticipated new record from Baltimore experimental band Twine. To mark the occasion they are releasing a track from the album, “Disconnected”, on their RCRD LBL blog. It’s rather beautiful, showcasing lush, full guitars and the chop ‘n’ paste electronic glitches characterized by bands like Mum and Matmos. Violets shoud be the sort of haunting, captivating album that their debut Twine was (which Ghostly has also posted a track from, “Girl Song”, which sounds like the Cocteau Twins on codeine and at the bottom of a well). Check out the Ghostly blog for more info…
Sounds like: Mum, Matmos
