EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOAD: The Chap - They Have a Name (Atlas Sound remix)

We fell in love with London’s The Chap after the guys at Ghostly turned us onto their bizarre pop song “Carlos Walter Wendy Stanley” off the label’s Ghostly Swim compilation. It’s amazing and catchy and weird, like most good music tends to be. We’ve been salivating for new tracks from the Chap while we wait for Ghostly to release their album Mega Breakfast.
Hark! Our prayers have been answered in the form of a remix of the Chap’s “They Have a Name” by none other than Bradford Cox, a.k.a. Atlas Sound, a.k.a. the front man of shoegaze rockers Deerhunter. It’s a little bit experimental, and totally worth the listen.
Ghostly drops Mega Breakfast on 7/1.
