So it’s of no secret around here that we have a special soft spot for pint-sized Australian pop superstar Kylie Minogue. She’s like Madonna without being slightly annoying, Britney without the bipolarism and bad wardrobe choices, and Janet without the light S&M fetishism. The Downtown RCRD LBL blog just posted a link to a stream of Kylie’s album track “Heart Beat Rock” (off of new LP X) remixed and reworked by Benny Blanco and Spank Rock. We know. Like handclaps and whistling, any song featuring an air raid siren automatically gets our vote.
