DOWNLOAD: No Age - Eraser

We’re not quite sure why, but we’re totally into all of these great bands coming out of LA right now. Maybe it’s because LA is conventionally regarded as plastic, fake and vapid, and all of these bands are anything but. Spearheading the scene that brought us Abe Vigoda, Mika Miko and the like is No Age, who seem to have already taken on the title of indie saviors their fans have bequeathed unto them. Luckily, we saw them perform at this year’s Mess With Texas festival, and it’s rare that a duo inspires that much awe and compassion. Today we’re featuring “Eraser” a track off their anticipated Sub Pop debut, Nouns. It’s like all the good parts of the Animal Collective (let’s be serious, some of that stuff is just mega sleepytime) condensed into one song. While you’re at it, check out Neck Escaper, a track we released a while back.
