Sweden's Sarah Assbring bka El Perro Del Mar has made a name for herself doing just that, churning out sugared popsicles as consistently icy as they are sweet. New single, "How Did We Forget," finds Assbring returning to the sound that made her first outing so addictive: doo-wop vocal turns so beautiful you completely forget you were bummed out to begin with.
