So THE DEADLY SYNDROME 's new album The Ortolan is getting insane praises and excitement from all over the States. The boys played a sold-out record release show at the Echo in Los Angeles to all their sweet LA fans and buddies on record release day. It was crazy!! The whole record is so rad that it was really hard to think of what track would give you the best "taste" of the Syndrome. Finally we decided on "Wolves In The Garden" ; it is a lullaby filled with Chris Richard's sweet vocals, kids xylophone and accordion and it shows why The Deadly Syndrome are one of our favorite new bands as well as the 2007 LA Times local band of the year . The syndrome spreads and you're all the better off for it.
